1. Program Description
REPlaybook AI ("Replaybook", "we", "us", "our") operates an SMS messaging program that delivers real estate transaction updates, task reminders, document notifications, and workflow alerts to users who have opted in to receive text messages from Replaybook.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages — whether online, verbally, or via keyword — you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your transaction activity and notification settings. You may receive multiple messages per week during active transactions. You can adjust notification preferences at any time from within your Replaybook account settings.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received through this program. Replaybook does not charge separately for SMS messages.
Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of Replaybook SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP — Text STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Replaybook SMS message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- In-app settings — Disable SMS notifications from your account notification preferences within the Replaybook platform.
- Contact support — Email us at [email protected] and request removal from SMS communications.
After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting START to a Replaybook SMS number or re-enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.
